She leverages 30 years of experience in executive development and talent acquisition with a proven and effective coaching process developed by Columbia University.
Jane coaches senior leaders who are considering a transition to either another C-level role or to a portfolio of board roles. She also works with emerging leaders, helping them to grow into prominent C-level roles.
Prior to transitioning to a full-time coaching practice, Jane worked with three highly regarded management consulting firms - Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, and Russell Reynolds Associates.
Jane holds an MBA, with distinction, from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, a fine arts degree from Stephens College, and has graduated from Columbia University’s prestigious Coaching Certification Program. She has also been awarded ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation.
